Our office is staffed by local dispatchers, not an offshore call center, so when you call about a clogged drain or a furnace that will not fire, you are talking to someone who can actually get a truck moving. Phone remains the fastest way to book same-day service, but you are welcome to use the online form for non-urgent requests like a maintenance visit or a quote on a panel upgrade.
Hours and Availability
Our office answers calls Monday through Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. For after-hours plumbing, heating, and electrical emergencies, our 24/7 dispatch line is always open. There is no extra charge simply to have us answer the phone at 2:00 a.m., and we will always quote emergency pricing before any work begins.
What to Have Ready
When you call, it helps to have your address, a short description of the problem, and any relevant history. Telling us that your water heater repair is a recurring issue, or that your air conditioning stopped after a storm, lets us send the right technician with the right parts on the first trip.
Service Requests and Quotes
For planned work such as furnace installation, drain cleaning, or an electrical inspection, use our request form and we will follow up to schedule. We provide written, itemized estimates before starting, so there are no surprises when the invoice arrives.
