Our Story
Summit Home Services began as a two-truck plumbing shop working out of a rented garage on the east side of Cedar Valley. What set us apart was simple: we showed up when we said we would, explained the work in plain language, and stood behind every repair. Word spread. Homeowners who called us for a leaky faucet started asking whether we could look at the furnace, the breaker panel, or the aging air conditioner. Rather than send them elsewhere, we invested in the training and licensing to do it right, and over the years we grew into a full home-services company covering plumbing, heating, electrical, and cooling.
What We Believe
We think a home-services company should feel like a trusted neighbor, not a sales pitch. Our technicians are paid to solve problems, not to push upsells. When you call us for water heater repair, we will tell you honestly whether a repair makes sense or whether replacement is the smarter long-term move. That candor has earned us thousands of repeat customers across the metro.
Licensed, Insured, and Local
Every technician who wears the Summit uniform is background-checked, drug-tested, and trained on our workmanship standards. We carry full liability insurance and workers’ compensation, and we pull permits for the jobs that require them. When we handle a panel upgrade or a furnace installation, it is done to code and inspected.
Community Roots
We sponsor youth sports teams, support the Cedar Valley food bank, and send crews to help elderly residents during heat waves and cold snaps. This is our home too, and we plan to be here for the next generation of homeowners.
